We consider bids from "do-it-yourself"
customers who require no after-the-sale advice, guidance, or instruction
regarding the operation or installation of the equipment that they purchase
from us. Any bid accepted does not include technical support after the
sale. Of course, we will assist you with any warranty or damage issues
at no cost.
Technical support is available
for an additional fee. If you find that you do need assistance after the
sale, you may purchase it at our hourly service rate, of $40 per hour.
This charge is applied in half-hour increments for general technical support
phone calls. Custom wiring diagrams and documentation are also available
(costs vary per your application). Payable by MasterCard or Visa.
