We have these batteries specially fabricated by the Surrette
factory. The extra tall (25.5”) case allows 5” of
electrolyte above the plates. This cell incorporates a
positive plate .25 in. thick. This battery is designed for
maximum cycles and infrequent watering. Expected to last 15+ years
in service, this battery has a 10 year warranty (3 years
unconditional, 7 years pro-rated), and is among the toughest,
longest lasting lead acid you’ll find anywhere. Capacity is
1000 amp-hours at 20 hour discharge rate.) Designed for maximum
cycles and infrequent watering. Refill with distilled water as
needed. Note: the KS-21 is a special order battery and
