Solar Boost 6024HL
This 60-amp maximum, multistage PWM controller offers optimal charge
control with less battery maintenance, as well as an optional user-
friendly performance display. The display shows battery voltage, and
both input and output current (you can observe the actual current
gain). Solar Boost’s maximum power point tracking (MPPT)
system uses a three stage, pulse width modulation (PWM) charge
strategy. Industry accepted as the most efficient charging
method, PWM charging pulses just enough current into the batteries
to reach and hold its respective bulk, acceptance, and float charge
levels
The Solar Boost 6024HL is specially designed to receive a high
voltage 36V or 48V PV array input, and charge a 12V or 24V battery
at up to 60A. A high efficiency DC-DC voltage converter combined
with MPPT technology allows Solar Boost 6024H to provide a cost
effective solution for installations where the PV array must be
located far from the batteries and charge controller. High voltage
input reduces both wiring expense and wiring power loss. more
