The Sun Tie inverter is
specifically manufactured for solar electric utility interactive applications.
Use in utility-intertie residential systems that utilize solar electric
panels, but do not have a battery bank. This inverter's all-in-one
design promotes an easy-to-use interface which can be placed indoors or
outdoors.
The Sun-Tie series is flexible;
it is compatible with both crystalline and thin-film photovoltaic modules,
and multiple Sun Tie inverters can be connected to the utility grid to
provide for additional generating capacity. Valuable 'maximum power point
tracking' (MPPT) charge control software is included in the inverter, which
aids in converting lost voltage into additional charging current. Rated
average efficiency is 90% (peak efficiency 94%). 2-year warranty. |
