Returns are allowed within 2 weeks of receipt of the order, if the product is returned unused, and in the original packaging.  The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. A credit or refund will be issued upon inspection of the returned merchandise.

 

For any item shipped by UPS, shipping charges are guaranteed to be as quoted.

For any item being shipped freight collect, via common carrier (i.e. truck freight), Vermont Solar will provide a shipping quote at the time of order. Please note that the shipping amount quoted may differ from the actual charges payable at the delivery destination. The customer is fully responsible for any and all freight charges.
